Synopsis
The year is U.C. 0105, twelve years after Char's Rebellion. The anti-Federation organization Mafty has begun resisting the Earth Federation government's increasingly oppressive rule by targeting high-ranking officials. Leading the movement is Hathaway Noa, the son of Bright Noa, the legendary captain who fought alongside Amuro Ray during the One Year War.
After meeting the mysterious Gigi Andalusia, whose strange abilities awaken painful memories from his past, Hathaway continues preparing Mafty's attack on the Adelaide Conference, determined to carry out the organization's mission while confronting his own inner conflict.
At the same time, Federation officer Kenneth Sleg organizes the conference's defenses and develops a plan to eliminate Mafty, only to receive a secret proposal from Hundley Yeoksan of the Criminal Police Organization. As Hathaway, Kenneth, and Gigi each pursue their own goals, their paths begin to converge toward an inevitable confrontation.
