Gundam X Is Always There Project Brings All 39 Episodes to Posters Across Japan

Fans of Mobile Suit Gundam X have a new reason to keep an eye out while traveling across Japan as the series celebrates its 30th anniversary.

The “Gundam X Is Always There” project has officially begun, with a special nationwide poster campaign dedicated to all 39 episodes of the TV anime.

Starting September 14, 2026, 39 different posters will appear at Gundam-related facilities and other locations across Japan. Each poster is based on one of the series’ 39 episodes and features memorable scenes and characters from that particular story.

The campaign offers fans a chance to revisit some of their favorite moments from Gundam X while searching for the posters during trips around Japan. The locations will be announced gradually through the official Gundam X account, so fans will need to keep an eye out for new announcements.

The project also includes a special social media giveaway.

Starting today, fans can participate through the official Gundam X account by quote reposting the designated campaign post with a photo of something or a scene that reminds them of Gundam X, along with the required hashtag.

30 winners will receive a special mini-poster.

The nationwide poster display begins September 14 and may end without notice. Specific display locations will be announced sequentially through the official Gundam X account.
