ABSOLUTE ACT Strike Freedom Gundam Release Date Set for March 2027

Bandai Spirits is kicking off a brand-new action figure line with one of Gundam SEED’s biggest mobile suits.

The newly announced ABSOLUTE ACT brand will make its debut in March 2027 with the ABSOLUTE ACT Strike Freedom Gundam, a highly articulated figure built around the new ABSOLUTE ACTION SYSTEM.

The system introduces dedicated movable mechanisms throughout the neck, shoulders, and waist, allowing the Strike Freedom Gundam to take on a wide range of dynamic action poses. The figure’s sculpt has also been developed with movement in mind, with proportions and articulation designed to support more expressive posing without sacrificing its iconic appearance.

The ABSOLUTE ACT Strike Freedom Gundam will also feature molded colors and equipment including its high-energy beam rifles and beam sabers. A flexible arm base specialized for aerial poses is included as well, opening up even more display possibilities for the Strike Freedom’s signature mid-air action scenes.

Strike Freedom Gundam is a fitting first choice for a brand centered around action posing, especially with the mobile suit’s distinctive silhouette, large wings, and arsenal offering plenty of opportunities for dramatic displays.

The ABSOLUTE ACT Strike Freedom Gundam is scheduled for release in March 2027 for 16,500 yen, tax included. Pre-orders begin August 27, 2026, at participating retailers, with availability expected to vary by store.
